Brock Jones, Inc. has been a family contracting business in Columbus since 1977, working out of a brick office on 14th Street with the orange sign out front.
Brock Jones runs the company and supervises the work himself. Customers come back for the next kitchen, the next bath, the next building, because the job gets done the way he said it would. He's licensed to build in both Georgia and Alabama and is a member of the Greater Columbus Home Builders Association.

Can you build on land I already own?
Building on a lot you already own is common for a custom home. Tell us where your land is and what you have in mind, and we'll talk through site prep, utilities and permits for that property.
How long does a custom home take?
It depends on the size and design of the house, your selections, permitting and the weather. We'll give you a realistic schedule for your plans before you sign, and keep you posted as the build moves along.
Do you help with house plans?
Yes. Bring plans you already have, or start with an idea and a budget, and we'll help you get plans drawn that fit both.
How does financing a new home work?
Most new homes are paid for with a construction loan from a bank or credit union, which pays out in stages as the work is completed. We work with your lender on the draw schedule and inspections.
Do you take on remodels and commercial work?
Yes: kitchens, baths, additions, roof and exterior repairs, painting, office renovations and retail work. No job is too small to call about.
